Our catering team is available to assist you in your food and beverage selections and to answer your questions. Normal business hours are from 9:00am to 4:00pm, Monday through Friday. Please call (404) 733-5020 for assistance prior to placing your order on line before the event ordering deadline. In order to ensure the quality of your order, we cannot accept orders after the deadline has passed. Ordering deadline is 3 business days prior to the event.

To make your visit as effortless as possible, we ask that all food and beverage selections (this includes all special requests) be placed by 2:00pm, three business days prior to each event. This will ensure that you and your guests receive the highest in food presentation and quality.

Once your order has been submitted you will receive a confirmation call within 24 hours. All orders will be charged to credit card at the time of confirmation. MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover are accepted. All applicable sales taxes will be added to all food and beverage costs. Gratuity not included.

For Box Seat guests all pre-ordered food and beverages (including picnic baskets) will be delivered to your box seat upon your arrival. Picnic baskets guests may pick up their basket at the east plaza Center Stage Market concession stand.

In the event you must cancel your order, please notify Ovations immediately. Orders cancelled within 12 hours of the scheduled event will be charged 100% of the food and beverage order.

We all win when we remember to drink responsibly! It is the responsibility of the box seat holder or her/his representative to monitor and control alcoholic beverage consumption within the box seat. State ordinance prohibits alcohol beverages from entering or leaving the facility grounds. Minors under the age of 21 are not permitted to consume alcoholic beverages at any time.

Please remove all personal property from the box seat when leaving the property. Ovations Food Services cannot be responsible for any misplaced property left unattended in your box seat.
